"The hotel is amazing and so is the vibe . However the receptionist Lola is very rude and has poor customer service. She refused to send someone up to clean the room . We had stayed over 2 nights. The phone in the room doesn't work . The management and service from the receptionist at at the restaurant was horrible. The place is amazing the staff though treat the guests terrible. Love the

"Stay was good. Shower 🚿 head needs some attention. Leaking. Mattress needs to be changed slowly caving in in the centre. Sleeper couch mattress is horrendous. Sleeper couch was grubby. Needs a good clean. Overall the place was spotlessly clean. Came across 1 cockroach. Pool was good. Cleaning staff and security are very pleasant. Front desk not sufficiently manned. "

"Stay was good... The pool though was not at its best. On Room service requests you need to pay R20 for someone to bring something to your room. The staff where friendly and their rooms where cleaned at ol time.. Breakfast don't have a lot of variety ."
