"We had a falls view room that had a great view of both the falls. However the room had a Jacuzzi tub that did not work. We called front desk which took many tries as the phone was malfunctioning. They finally sent up someone from maintenance who open up a access cover which showed it was unplugged. When he plugged it in the tub started up and would not shut off. He was unable to repair so we called many times down to the front desk as the calls kept dropping out and the maintenance guy let them...

"The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. Our room also adjoining to the rooms on either side with adjoining doors which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not in good shape. There was a chunk out of the bathtub and the tub faucet was pulled away from the wall and caulking. We didn't shower in there. The lobby was nice but once you turned down the hall to the rooms the hall was not inviting. Very run down."

"It’s says balcony view but there is no balcony it’s closed with metal can’t go out No breakfast included No parking The view is only USA side My be it’s my mistake closed this But paid $1420 for 2 nights balcony top floor for a Freind honey moon but he was bit disappointed It was waste Hilton is better"

"Very close to the Falls and the Casino. Good value for money. Good breakfast."

"Downloaded IOS GWL app and it was basically useless. Remote check was disabled. tried ordering food through app and it did not work. asked for separate login account. Also crashed phone and lost reservation info. Skip app until the bugs are worked out. GWL in Ontario in decent condition but could use a deep clean and repaint on the slides. AC did not cool room until the next morning, not strong enough. Food prices surprisingly reasonable! Had a great time overall, just could use a few fixes."

"Great for an econmy room. only complaint was not Hotels fault there is a lighted billboard outside across the street beaming into the window. Even with the shades closed light would flash around the edges and was distracting, but all else was good"

"Nous sommes resté 4 jours et la seule chose qui a été fait dans la chambre c'est d'apporter des serviettes propre. Pas de balayeuse, la salle de bain n'a pas été nettoyée de la semaine. Pas de fruits pour le déjeuner, seulement des pommes pour le premier matin, toujours des oeufs brouillé et saucisses. Très déçu, je ne le recommande pas"
