"Got there late at night and was offered a room by the clerk who wasn’t very courteous. The room offered on the fourth floor which wasn’t a very comfortable room was missing the glass partition and the room had a stench. After going back to the main desk, there was a new clerk there who was a lot nicer. She offered me a much more cleaner and comfortable room which I appreciated! "

"It was great! We did find the cleanliness wasn’t top notch (stains on carpet, smell of smoke) however the staff was friendly, amenities were great and it was a great weekend getaway for us. "

"This Hotel is close to plenty of shopping and food options. It is close to everything you could need including the third-largest mall in America and an outlet. I found it to be perfect for a weekend stay while in town for a festival. Staff was very friendly and the room was huge. "

"First stayed in a suite, which was ample space and extremely comfortable. Was a little bummed as I had to book an extra day in addition to my original two-night stay, and they couldn't allow me to stay in our original suite, but front desk folks tried to help as much as possible. Friendly, clean, convenient. Would book again!"
