"Great place to stay compared to other places in Anchorage"

"This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond when we had to switch rooms due to allergies. Everything was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was so good. Highly, highly recommend staying here."

"Very well kept and great employees"

"Easy check in. Clear instructions"

"The best part of my stay at the Puffin Inn was the driver of the airport shuttle van. It was confusing to find my room and this man saw my distress when the hotel clerk was describing how I needed to find my room. This nice man walked me to my room to be sure I arrived safely. The room was small, but sufficient to my needs. I suggested to the clerk she not say my room # out loud for anyone in the lobby to hear. This is a simple safely issue."

"Everything was perfect except for Checking-In to get my room. Check-In time was 3pm. Got there a little after 2:45pm and was just seeing if our room was ready. The lady said not yet which was fine since I was initially early so I just sat and waited in front of the desk. By 3:50pm, I saw the lady grab her purse and leave so I went to other employee. I asked if my room was ready yet and he said that there were other rooms available so he quickly checked me in and I went up to my room. Why...

"Excellent amenities for an amazing price"

"There were all the major news networks on the TV except for Fox. After I got in the shower there was no shampoo. Two conditioners."

"The rooms had a very nice Alaska design and were very cozy and comfortable. Perfect place for a short business trip."
