Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. Travaux encore en cours quand on est arrivés. Pas de réception, ce sont les ouvriers qui nous ont donné la clé de la chambre qui n’était pas celle qu’on avait réservé.
