"I rated our stay as poor because we had no hot water for either shower or sink. We had to turn the hot water on full and let it run for a long while before the water was even tepid. Our room was well appointed with furnishings, but they were old and showed many years of wear."

"We arrived and found that the restaurant and bar were going to be closed for the duration of our stay. This is a remote area, so we had to drive to locate any food or drink. We had to change rooms several times, as we wanted a room on the lakeside and had to upgrade to a handicap room, due to the toilets being so low to the ground in the regular rooms. Neither of us are handicapped, but we are in our 70's. The room was fine and the beds were super comfortable! We spent the better part of our afternoons and evenings just sitting and looking at the wonderful lake, the chipmunks, and all the birds. The only drawback to the serenity is that I-77 is just on the other side of the hill and all the noise just spoils it. We would stay there again."
