"Our room was beautifully decorated and spotless, food in restaurant was lovely, the only complaint was the weeds and dirt around the outside hottub"

"Fitness center did not open until 9 am to coincide with their spa staff arrival times. It made the center impossible to use and still have breakfast. The advertising for the hotel is misleading, suggesting it is in Enniskillen, when in fact it is 45 minutes away, creating travel issue for us on arrival."

The hotel interior is great, the customer service was pleasant but just ok and my room was a disappointment as it had the wirr of the kitchen fans going for the bulk of my stay and no view at all. If booking through a third party it seems to be a norm you could have a room experience like mine. If you want a great room ensure you pay for the view."

"Fantastic hotel. Great price. Lovely room with super king bed. Very comfortable. Little baked goods on arrival in your room. Very clean. Ten minutes walk to town centre. Breakfast outstanding, restaurant style menu as well as buffet choices. Had the french toast, delicious."

"First visit and will definitely return. Staff are really friendly, room was spacious and spotless. Proximity to all amenities was perfect. Food was excellent and portions were great. My only concern was the lack of knowledge and consideration for people with coeliac disease, that was the only negative factor. Thank you "

"Sadly despite best efforts from a friendly staff we had a poor experience with our room. On the first day there was a constant motor noise which we were told came from the kitchen and would end when service was over. Our room safe would not reset so we had to be provided with the access key. The shower was unusable as the temperature varied from too hot to scalding and despite hanging a clean me sign on the door the room was not serviced. "It was a beautiful location. The cottages are well equipped. There was a bit of a musty smell. I think that could have been the carpets in the bedrooms and sitting area. Wooden floors would be more hygienic. Having the hotel so close was the effect for the leisure centre and bar! A great weekend all considered and I will be back!"
