"Staff very helpful but was unable to reach them by phone after 3 attempts and even left a message. Lady at check in (Shanas) very helpful and provided a map of city and metro. She took her time with us and was very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary coffee was nice . Crazy system of using Pink shuttle bus. Sometimes needed a pass that either no one looked at or they collected and you couldn’t reuse. Don’t even know the purpose of needing a “pass”. Staff made a big deal about giving out free passes."

Comfortable and clean room with essential toiletries, clean tap water. Great location, just an 8 minute walk from the train station. "
