Fairly tired-looking hotel, but perfect for a no-frills stop in the middle of a long journey. Clean, large rooms. Extremely central location with easy parking and access.

The room and especially the bathroom did not match the description. With the exception of the bed, there was a severe lack of cleanliness. In the bathroom there was no shower cubicle as shown but a too short and dirty shower curtain. There was a dirty toothbrush mug, which was replaced by an equally dirty one after a complaint. In addition, food that I had left in the room was stolen. The only positive thing was the friendly staff at reception.

The coridor at the 7th floor was occupied by 7 people having i party with beer and drinks, using the chairs from their rooms In the bathroom the floor wasn't clean and there was mould arround the floor/wall joints, The toilett wasn't clean. In their e-mail they promissed a discount if parking in Karstad garage was 6 euro but the reception claimed 10 euro. A very disapointing experience this hotel

Very un proof service - NO IN ROOM SAFE

Believe or NOT – NO room with SAFE BOX even the receptionist keep saying it was there in the room. Finally she had to call (Manager?) to hear what happen to in room safe-Reception has NO safety BOX like the normal hotels would have it. Waste lots of time in reception area – several times NO working people there. Very un proff service from reception. We ask for a quiet room - was giver room 601(room star from 5 floor) right to the noisy walking street. When people complain no kettle, then only get it you ask. When we ask after new room after first nt in noisy room - no problem if we can wait half day to after 3pm because this will the last floor to clean = 9floor. Other hotels will offer chance room but will do clean right away since they know we are waiting ... were told they do clean by floor so do not care that most expensive rooms in top will be last to be ready for customers. The best to say about this hotel was the view if you have patience to wait for the right room. The way the reception handle the safe box was extreme strange - we leave our private stuff - no idea where and who has access - gave us a paper with room no and htl name ? Because of NO interesse for private in-room safe box which absolute most import when travel can only give 1 *and that for the view. No glass-Mugs not even plastic.

Leider nicht das erwartete Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ein Pluspunkt. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt jedoch leider nur durchschnittlich und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für mich nicht gepasst. Während meines Aufenthalts fanden offenbar Umbauarbeiten statt, wodurch unter anderem Bohrgeräusche zu hören waren. Die Fenster im Zimmer ließen sich nur eingeschränkt öffnen. Eine vorhandene Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig; laut Auskunft soll sie voraussichtlich in etwa zwei Monaten wieder in Betrieb genommen werden. Bei der Sauberkeit gab es aus meiner Sicht ebenfalls Verbesserungsbedarf. Am Spiegel war eine leichte Staubschicht vorhanden und auf dem Bett waren noch Haare zu sehen, die nicht von mir stammten. Außerdem befanden sich dunkle bzw. schwarze Schmierstellen auf dem Bettlaken, deren Herkunft ich nicht beurteilen kann. Das Frühstück für 14 € pro Person empfand ich als eher überschaubar. Es gab Brötchen, Brot, Toast, Müsli/Cornflakes, Wurst, Käse, etwas Obst, Kaffee, Säfte sowie Eier, Rührei und Bacon. Im Vergleich zu den Bildern der Frühstücksauswahl wirkte das Angebot vor Ort deutlich kleiner. Die Parksituation ist ebenfalls etwas umständlich, da der Parkplatz einige Gehminuten entfernt liegt und direkt am Hotel keine unkomplizierte Möglichkeit zum Ausladen des Gepäcks besteht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für mich daher eher enttäuschend. Insbesondere bei Sauberkeit, Frühstück und Komfort sehe ich Verbesserungspotenzial.

Vi fik anvist et dobbelt værelse, hvor en lille seng var kilet ind i mellem to væge og et vindue.Man skulle med andre ord kravle over hinanden for at komme i seng. På badeværelset var gulvafløbet stoppet med den lugt der nu følger med. Vi bad om et nyt værelse, og fik et der var ok stort, men hvor der lå kerner fra pistacie nødder flere steder på gulvet. Og støvbolde. Værelse skiftet kostede os 20€ ekstra. Har selvfølgelig taget billeder af det hele.

Leider war die Klimaanlage im Hotel ausser Betrieb.Dank Eckzimmer konnte aber gut gelüftet werden.Sauberes Zimmer. Frühstück vielfältig und bietet gute Aussicht.Zentrale Lage an der Fussgängerzone.Fahrstuhl etwas klein.

Das Hotel hat eine ganz zentrale Lage in Kiel und ist sauer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir übernachteten in der Kieler Woche dort. Es war das bisher heißeste Wochenende des Jahres. Das Hotel hat leider keine Klimaanlage! Sonst war die Unetrkunft wirklich super.
