"Great location, right next to BTS/MRT stations, internal access to Central Plaza with many restaurants, food court, and shops. Hotel has one of the best breakfast buffet I have come across, great rooftop bar, spotless, and friendly staff."

"The hotel was incredibly ! My kids loved eating at the rooftop , so we ate every day . Also the pool was incredible ! The little sand box is also fun to play. They have a poster that says pool closes at 8pm but just ask staff at the rooftop and they will let you go inside the pool late hours . The staff is Supper friendly ! I was surprised in the cleaning . We usually wake up at 1-3pm so we leave the room pretty late . I’ll just leave the “ clean the room “ card . And the room will be clean after we comeback ."

"I booked 2 nights. I arrived late and tired and the staff was very nice. However, they asked for a CASH deposit. I said I don't have cash but you can process the deposit on my credit card. They responded, it's okay we accept USD. I said I am very sorry I do not have cash. They said okay, leave your passport and tomorrow you can pay in cash. As any seasoned traveler knows, you NEVER leave your passport for any kind of deposit. I politely said, I can't do that but I can leave you my ID. ID is still very important and the attendant accepted my ID as a form of deposit and said, okay and tomorrow you can pay the deposit in cash. Why be so overly persistent for a CASH deposit for a 2 night stay or any length of time? A credit card hold is a solid form of payment. This interaction was very disappointing but in the end, I they accepted my ID as of form of deposit. I would stay again but this CASH deposit is a SHADY practice."

"Basic for night stay before train or air travel. Large spacious room. Bed very firm. Small fridge. Staff booked taxi for next morning for us. Served our country purpose well. Supermarket within walking distance."

"I booked at Ibis Impact for the concert at Impact Arena, which can be accessed via the Skywalk. The compound is away fr the city, but ideal to stay if attending events at Impact. The room is good, more spacious than another Ibis hotel location I booked before. The hotel is kind of secluded, and 711 is a long walk away but can be accessed via Skywalk."
