"Everything about this hotel was amazing. The receptionist (possibly the owner) was very helpful and informative. She sounded like she's from Britain. There was another lady who was there and she spoke German. So if you can communicate in either Slovak, English, or German, you're pretty much set. ..."

-9, windy and pitch dark: go look for a brown door
"The apartment was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. However, the bathroom had nowhere to mount the shower head or put down soap etc. Towels minimal. The toilet fan not working. Seemed like a place that would be ok in the summer but in the winter needs to be better appointed. ..."

"Nice new hotel, so everything was spot on, good location, my only gripe was that I checked in online to ‘save time’ in their words, but as typical in Slovakia check in was a long drawn out process where I had to show everything I had already put into online check in, so you basically wasted my time ..."
