No towels were stocked at pool/hot tub. Ice maker had a note that it doesn’t work. This was the most expensive price I have ever paid for a nightly rate and I felt let down. Maintenance staff did show up when outdoor fire didn’t work, which was nice.

Place was perfect for our stay

Although short, our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately only used the kitchen to make coffee, but it was well supplied for cooking if we needed it. My wife was so impressed with the designer chef stove! The condo was very relaxing and we loved the 2 full bathrooms. The location was stunning and we enjoyed walking on the paths to the lift and watching the mountain bikers. The jacuzzi and pool were great & pretty private due to the off season visit. Such a relaxing few days in the mountains.

Great location and great building amenities. There was a comforter folded in a closet we wanted to use but it was bloodied which tells me they are not cleaning the all linens between guests. The mattress needs replacing as well. It is a convenient and nice building right on the mountain.

The condo was lovely and quiet. It was steps from Keystone village, but away from crowds. The weekend we stayed was extremely hot and the condo didn't have AC. The property had big box fans, which helped move the air around, but it was quite warm. Keep in mind, we're mountain people, so our house is usually 72 degrees at the hottest (without AC), so anything over that feels really hot to us. The other thing is that when we checked in the office charged us $55 (they said we had a balance - but I paid the full price when I made the reservation a few weeks ago, so a little weird and unexpected).

The condo is misrepresented in the pictures and is in marginal repair. The shower has black mold in the rubber caulking in the shower, worn and dirty carpet, the softest bed ever created... really a worked property. AND expensive. Keystone is a literal ghost town this time of year. We were trying to find something close to A-Basin ski area and we bit the bullet thinking it would at least be an exceptional property. It isn't.

So the Condo was better than perfect. Really nicely decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable, and really well done. The only downsides were building-related, the elevator was out, there is no coffee in the building (even though it says there is) and the garage doors aren't something you want to manage through more than necessary (tight fit). The bonfire was out of service. Also a quick note, read the small print on the Expedia confirmation as it will tell you where to pick up the keys, hint it is at a different location. The Condo was great, the ski in and out was great. We will be back :-)...

Overall the location and amenities are great. We enjoyed the views from our balcony. We're the kind of travellers who like making our breakfasts and some dinners "at home" when we travel. So our main criticism is the kitchen: the delapitated dishwasher needs replacement ASAP, the cutting board situation needs attention, the hood desperately needs cleaning and a light bulb, and it's been a very long time since the water filter in the refrigerator has been replaced. Thank you.

Rustic, cozy property right next to the river. We saw 3 moose during our stay. Very clean! Outdoor Tub was perfect! Housekeeping staff was friendly and kind. We will be back.

My wife got stuck in the elevator, which was the only one in the building. After being in there 30 minutes, the fire department got them out. However, for the rest of the weekend, the elevator was down and there are a lot of steps.... Additionally, the refrigerator had a broken mechanism which prevented us from being able to use the ice and water dispenser. And of course, the pool and hot tub were closed down "due to covid". We paid way too much per night for it. It was nice to be able to ski-in and out, though.
