"Really quick and pleasant check in, lobby was lovely with open fire and friendly staff. Room was incredible with wood beams yet modern feel and amenities. Bed comfortable with premium bedding and pillows, room had everything you needed. Spoilt for choice in the bathroom with an amazing bath and double shower with incredible water pressure. I stay away alot but this place out performs massively and for the price point I would have paid double what what they gave me. Can't wait to return again and...

The overall ambiance reflects a commitment to quality, I think the owners have invested considerable effort in providing a great quality guest experience and value for money. While local amenities are somewhat limited, with the nearby pub (a mere minute's walk) being closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, the serene evening atmosphere perfectly suited my preferences."
