Everything was great from start to finish! The decorations were up to standard, and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We got our bikes and even had our late check out request approved. The location was not too far off main attractions and quiet enough that we weren't disturbed by the street. Privacy was a key factor in choosing this villa and they sure delivered on this. If anything the only improvement could be on the breakfast choices. Will definitely return!

The staff there is very friendly and welcoming. Always checking up on us if we needed anything. Room was true to photo, expect there will be insects. The direction to the Villa is clear in the outside.

Villa Stay June 2018

The photos are not a true reflection of the amenities and room condition. The gym (vastly different from photos) was not usable as the entire outfit looked like it was going through renovation and not ready for use at all instead of what the staff described as “machine broken”. The location is not exactly in Kerobokan but in Muding (evident from the fact most taxi drivers were not able to locate the villa without Google Maps). Book only if you have a driver and mobile internet to facilitate drivers with navigation. Staff is friendly, turndown service is passable but infrastructure is very old (eg. cracks in bath tub, towels are yellow) Overall 4/10.

Disgusting

I would never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Aggressive, abusive staff and so unclean. Isolated and out of the way that no Taxi comes. Rips off people!!!! This isn't even a Boarding House!

RELAXING STAY GREAT VILLA

My partner and I stayed for 10 days at WIDYAS VILLAS, 2-12th Sept 2016. We were a bit worried as some of the reviews were not very favourable. We found WIDYAS to be clean relaxing and the staff could not of been more freindly and helping with any request that we had. The breakfast menu was very limited how ever it was quite suitable for us and we enjoyed it every day.Mr Hartana was most enjoyable to talk to also helped us in many ways. The pool was very nice to come back to after a day shopping or sight seeing. It was clean and great to cool off in and have a quiet drink or two. Over all we were very happy with the experience and would return for another holiday at Widyas. Thanks again to all at Widyas hope to see you again soon regards Rod and Sue.

Just What We Wanted!

These Villas are not in one of the noisy, busy tourist-packed areas of Bali. If that's what you want, this is not for you. BUT if you want to experience the real hospitality of Bali in a tranquil, private setting, swim in your own private pool, sunbathe in your own private courtyard, enjoy your own large villa sleeping in a super comfy bed and wander local streets selling local street food, this is! And it is a quick taxi ride to some of the most amazing restaurants and nightlife Bali has to offer, and walking distance to any supplies you might need. We enjoyed every moment of our "second honeymoon" and we are already planning our return for the third! Thank you to all of the staff at the Widyas who welcomed us so openly, were so generous with their time and helped to make our stay so memorable.

Very disappointed the accomodation was very poor.

The room was nothing like the pictures posted.The room and bathroom were dirty and smelly,the towels discoloured and the pool looked green and uninviting.We checked out after one night.Very disappointed.The manager stated no refund would be given and still insisted we pay for 2 cans of soft drink used.No tea or milk in room,we had to ask for toast for breakfast but butter was not available.Certainly would not recommend .

Quiet, small away from the crowds

Very pleasing, staff were wonderful, we had a great room with our own private pool. The hotel is a bit off the usual tourist track but close to everywhere for day trips and site seeing. Very peaceful.

우선 공항으로 무료 픽업서비스를 나와주셔서 너무 좋았다 직원들은 너무친절했고 빌라는 매우 조용하고 편안했다 근데 룸상태가 살짝 깨끗하지않아서 아쉬웠다 모기와 거미 gecko 파리 등 여기벌레들때문에 잠들기불안했다 로케이션이나 빌라시설이 가격대비나쁘진않았다

Almost perfect stay

Ours was an end unit which the closest unit to local houses and happend to have their dog tied. So, the dog make a lot of noice back there. Hopefully on our next stay here We wont get that unit anymore. Other than that, fantastic!!

空港から30分くらいで、周りには何もなく不便。 ローカルフードのお店はたくさんある。 セールで一泊3000円程で泊まれたので満足だが、正規の値段だったら不満足。 部屋のソファーや、水周りが微妙に汚い。 シャワーの出がいきなり悪くなる。 スタッフは、丁寧に対応してくれたのでよかった。

最低のマネージャー

年末年始に2ベッドルームプライベートプールを手配。 爆安の値段で手配できた為、間違いが起こっても困ると御社には電話した上、 ホテルには直接メールし、ホテル自体の追加料金は発生しない事を確認していたのに、 フロントに行くと追加料金の請求あり。 勿論揉めた末、その場のフロントでは対応できない為に解決できず。 翌日にマネージャーが出て来たのですが、これが最低。 価格は間違いであり直接私に連絡したので、追加料金を払えとの事。 多少の金額ならば払ってもいいかなと思いましたが、ホテル直販の高いレートでの 法外な請求であるのでビックリ。 実際、ホテルからの連絡なんて来ていない。仮に来ていたら、爆安だから宿泊しようと 考えていたので、確実にキャンセルしていたようなホテルにつき、あれこれと粘ったが、 取り付く島なし。 捨て台詞が「追加料金が嫌ならば、他のホテルへどうぞ」との事。 こちらが年末年始のピークで今更他のホテルに変更できないのを見越してだろう。 弱い立場の客に対し、取るべき態度ではなく憤りを感じた。 現地ではもう何もできないので半ば諦めていたが、ダメ元で御社に泣きついたところ、 手配通りに追加料金なして話を付けてくれた。 このような事態が起こった当初、御社の利用は控えようと考えていたが、 しっかりと対応をして頂き、逆に評価が上がりました。 最終的には、初日に2ベッドルームにしての追加請求を恐れて1ベッドルームへの カテゴリーダウンにて過ごし、結局そのまま。 それも、しばらく使用していないと思われるコンディションが悪いおまけつき。 ルームチェンジを二度ほど依頼したけど、色々と言い訳されてダメでした。 強欲マネージャーにより、楽しいはずの旅行が台無し。 ちなみに、通常でも爆安ではないが格安の価格が提示されています。 これらに対しても追加請求がないかが心配です。

A nice surprise

We had never stayed in a private villa so was a very nice surprise. The room and pool area had been furnished well and was both private and comfy. The staff new your name from day one and went out of their way to please. very peaceful surroundings, breakfast was in the main reception block, simple but filling. The perfect place to go if you just want to chill and get away from it all. We did find that we tended to hang round our own little pool and villa during the day rather then hit the surround areas

Hotel is really out of the way, taxi drivers can't find. No local eateries, had to get local mcDonalds deliver dinner, and no local shops. Staff super friendly.

Very nice villa

It was a very nice villa. I think it was the best villa that I have ever stayed. First staffs were very kind and always smiling especially Yunita was the best staff in that villa. We could enjoy staying there because of her hospitality. Second food was good. It was first time for us to eat Indonesian food it was so spicy and taste good. Last room was also good. If you can you should stay there.

Wonderful Bali Experience - at Widyas Luxury Villa

Myself and my two girlfriends stayed here for 5 days last week. The hotel staff are absolutely wonderful. It was so nice to be out of the main tourist zone. Transport was not an issue, we were taken all over the place by the hotel staff. The food was great, we got an upgrade on our room which was awesome! We felt very well looked after and safe. We often went to Seminyak for dinner or lunch. Woo Bar is amazing, so it Mama San and Potato Head. We also got picked up by the hotel staff from the airport, which made things pretty easy. When I return to Bali I will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Mr Ary and all the wonderful staff! They even gave me a birthday cake!!!!

Il était mentionné sur le site machine a laver et sèche linge ce qui n était pas le cas nous avons du faire laver notre linge en payant. Nous étions avec des enfants en bas âge et le principe de la chambre deux a l étage n était pas du tout adapte. Nous avons du changer de villa car la première était inondée a l étage . Le personnel est sympathique et dévoue mais il reste des efforts a faire sur la propreté piscine articles de jardin . Ensemble satisfaisant mai reste des efforts a faire car ce complexe est bien agence et le principe très bien mais a long terme risque de se dégrader . Le prix de l hôtel est a la hauteur du prix. Enfin petite remarque pas de chocolat au petit déjeuner alors que nous étions avec des enfants avons du acheter nous même le chocolat!!! Le petit déjeuner doit être étoffé pour respecter le statut des 4 étoiles qui ne me semble pas justifie en comparant avec d autres complexes en 4 étoiles sur kuta ou séminiak. Le personnel rattrape ce quelques lacunes et est très sympathique et disponible a tout heure du jour et de la nuit un bravo a eux
