"Staff was friendly upon check in. Disappointed room did not have tub and was even more so with the shower as it had long black hairs on the tile, recesses were not clean, had funky pink slime. Found a strange seed or type of husk within the sheets, just had the sense of what else is present but i havent seen. The hotel overall is fine, it was modern, pillows were very soft but the black hair in the shower did me dirty...as did being told by Medspace, room would be about $99 but it was signicantly much more. "

"The room was very basic and smelled like stale cigarettes even though I chose a no smoking room. The blankets had burn holes in them.the toilet barely flushed. I had to flush several times to get it down. The sink knob fell off when I turned the sink on. There was no microwave or fridge in the room. Overall just a terrible experience. I originally was gonna stay 3 nights but quickly decided against. Only lasted 1 night in the room. Still waiting for my money back. Would not book again "

"First off, my terrible experience is not about the front desk staff or the room cleaning staff, this is all about overall management and state of the rooms. When we got to our room, the bathroom door was stuck open because it was completely off the track and the security latch on the front door was broken in two. I asked to switch rooms because the first one was totally not safe. The second room (THANKFULLY - you'll see why) had a functioning security latch on the front door, and had a bathroom door that closed 98% of the way but still didn't lock. By the time we left I had discovered more really gross things: booger on the wall, chewed up gum stuck to the bedpost, a dirty towel behind the toilet, a donut under the bed, flaking tub pieces, and mold on the bathroom ceiling. When I asked for more towels, they gave me towels that were clean but DAMP. During the stay our keys were deactivated TWICE and I had to bring them back again to the front desk. Middle of the night, someone unlocked the door but couldn't come in because we had the safety latch closed. I went to the front desk about it (I was already there reactivating keys) and they said they didn't know anyone was in our room so they gave it to another guest (or tried to). "
