"Super-clean and in a terrific location. My room was comfortable and clean. Guy at the front desk when I checked in was nice. Very close to everything I was doing in the area as well as to the freeway to get into and out of town. Highly recommend."

"We booked a suite with a hot tub for the weekend and for the price it was excellent. The location was easy to locate with plenty of interesting things within driving distance. We came for the asian festival but prices were too high in the downtown area so we drove about 20 minutes and saved a lot with the booking. Plus we had a hot tub! The hotel isnt anything fancy but it wasnt bad either, we would definitely stay here again. Upon entrance of our room my immediate notice was the flooring was warped from water damage and after using the hot tub we understood why as the floor became saturated and we then used all the supplied towels drying the floor and had to ask for more. We ended up going to target and buying 3 beach towels and the next time we plan to bring a fan and extra towels. The 3rd day it was actually really sunny and warm so the floor seemed a lot more dry by then and we mentioned the water to the front desk when we checked out just to be safe. Hotel has coffee in the morning but no breakfast, there is an ice machine and a small drink vending machine. The bed was comfortable, the water was hot and the TV has many channels to choose from. We were happy with our stay. Lisa was really nice at the check out!"

"My 1st time staying with this chain,but I definitely will be returning.the room was very clean,they offer buffet style snacks(pulled pork sandwiches,hot dogs,nachos,etc.)on Saturdays from 5:30-7:30 at the establishment i stayed at.but i also appreciate the customer service,they pay attention to detail.but if you never stayed with this chain before,give them a try you won't be disappointed"

"i liked the variety of food choices. we had to change rooms because the ac was not working it took over three hours before someone came and checked it out then another hour to get a different room neither room was as clean as i would expect"

"No gym or pool available and this was not posted or we would not have booked this jorel. Outdated decor, hallways very bad smell of body odour. I booked through Expedia expecting breakfast but was told I had to pay additional $ for it. No apologies. Some construction in hallway, no signage. Poor quality all round."
