"This is a beautiful location. Good food, great staff. Pool area was very nice the bartenders were awesome at the pool. Beach area was pretty. There are things to see within walking distance. The arcade can use a remodel, the nightly entertainment singers were good over by 10pm. Would definitely return to this location. "
"Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay.

"The Resort was really nice and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. I only had one issue which was that I really couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was too hot to sit out there due to the AC condenser which was blowing hot air. I don’t know whose idea it was to place them there but it defeats the purpose of having a balcony if you cannot sit there. "

"Perfect location . Can’t imagine better on the island . So close to the bus, amazing selection of restaurants , two nice beaches . All within a few minutes walk . Also walking distance ( or a short bus) to Oistins , Miami Beach , pebbles beach ,the capital , etc

"We stayed at The Sandpiper from Tuesday to Monday and had a truly phenomenal time. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and peaceful — the perfect place to relax. What really stood out was the service: everyone on the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. "Very nice place…clean,comfortable,close to transportation,close to dining,a few feet off the main road,all rooms face the ocean/sea…very nice view from second,third and fourth floors…first floor ocean view is a bit obstructed by the flowering shrubs in the nice garden but this is not an issue especially if you don’t want to walk up stairs( four floors and no elevator).
I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone…
