"Row NYC was recently renovated. Overall, it's a great hotel for the price. The location is within a close walk of many of the major landmarks of NYC. The hotel manager, Joe, was great - very friendly, helpful and checked in with us. We will stay again!"

Not realllyyy close to TMSQ walking distance for people who are new but IF the trains are running properly super easy to get there. "I am not happy with my stay at all at Yotel for some reasons. Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in. There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use. There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag. There was no water in the room. Even when we asked the restaurant to find a water dispenser or something, the manager said either the vending machine or you need to buy from outside. I...

"The hotel is in a great location. I got the impression that it’s for a youngish crowd (mid 20s?). The rooftop was very nice, with cheap drinks. The only “issue” was that there was no safe in the room we stayed in."

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. "You totally get what you pay for. It’s the kind of hotel you arrive in to sleep only. Not the greatest amenities nor the prettiest rooms but it works if you want a good located and reasonably priced place to stay in Manhattan. The elevators and hallways can feel a bit cramped but it’s not a limitation unless your luggage is huge. The staff is nice and both the check in and check out are very quick procedures. And having an age requirement of only 18 is great for young people who can’t check...

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"

"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"The staff was super helpful and friendly. Very convenient location and a nice rooftop bar- again with a very nice staff. The only thing we didn’t like was the urban fee. We dont use ebikes or the fitness center. Id rather pay separately for the amenities i would use. But i would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is very good, but I was annoyed when they charged me an extra $54 for a "destination fee." I had already paid for the reservation in advance, and the website made no mention of this extra charge. I only stayed one night and wasn't going to need any of the things included in that fee."
