My go to place- always pleasant:)

I was disappointed with our room. I specifically asked in advance for a room away from the elevator because I was traveling with my elderly mother and children. Unfortunately, we were given a room right next to the elevator, with the elevator shaft directly behind the wall. There was constant loud banging and noise, especially at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I was disappointed that my request was ignored.

One of my favorite hotels, but the coffee bar was closed for remodeling and only reason why I subtracted a star. Also, lotion in rooms would be nice…unusual not to offer any.
