"Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. "The villa is so remote area far from ubud town driving have to take twenty minutes to reach. facilitie a bit old furniture and electrical appliances must replace hygiene towel and bedsheets not in white colour is time to change."
