"I made a reservation and arrived at 9:15 pm to check in, and found the lobby closed. I scanned the QR code on the wall to check in. I was directed to download the app, which asked for my last name and confirmation number, which I entered. The result came back that my room was not ready. There was a phone number to call, and it said that the office was closed (duh!), but press 9 if this is an emergency. That led me to a recording that said the mailbox was not set up. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I went to the Candlewood Suites next door, who happily accommodated me. Such terrible service."
