"The front desk clerk was a jerk. He made me pay a pet deposit on my service dog. He kept asking me for a service dog license which legally he’s not allowed to do through the ADA. There was glass all in the parking lot. They have no breakfast. They had questionable people and homeless all over that area. Not a place you would want to be at night by yourself."

"Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. "Check in clerk was very friendly and accommodated our request for room location. Room was clean. Beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. Grandkids loved the breakfast options, including cereal and waffles. Food was warm. Would absolutely stay here again when traveling through."

"Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend."

"For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area."

"Carpets were sticky and dirty. Had to change rooms twice due to the door being stuck the first time. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of how dirty and moldy and unkept the bedrooms were"

"Pretty run down. Room was about a 3. Fights outside the door at night. Shady people in the parking lot all night. LOUD SCREAMING man was going to beat the woman…people all over at 2 am when we got to our room from the casino. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast? Lacking!"

"The Brick Street Hotel was easy to find and the parking was great. We did notice an odor when entering the room. We ran water in the shower and the sink and it finally dissipated. It would be nice if you could cover the bright degree signage for the AC unit on the ceiling. It felt like we had a night light on and could not sleep well. My husband said his side of the bed was dropping and he did not prefer the mattress. The Artisan Restaurant was wonderful and the food tasted great!"

"Not even motel 6 level. Beds broken down and no support. Wifi terrible and very weak. Break a joke."

"Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it. "This room was excellent. Very clean. We were there for a softball tournament. My only complaint would be to get another washer and dryer. I had to wash uniforms and had to wait on a guy for a long while. Besides that very comfy beds. Everything was great. As to getting there the construction was rough. But very good overall."
