"Amazing stay stuff were really friendly. Big thank you to Shaun and Mario who were at the front desk."

"This is a lovely place to stay with with bright clean and comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection. There was waitress service and the dining lounge was pleasant. My only reservation is that there is no emergency phone number at night should guests need to contact staff but overall I would be happy to use this hotel again."

"Really great location for exploring the city. Within easy walking distance. Comfortable beds - we both slept really well despite the bedroom facing the street, there was no disturbances. Friendly welcome and helpful suggestions. Tasty breakfast served in the room with a good choice of options and timings. Would recommend and would return if needed to."

"A beautiful place in a perfect location to explore Bath."

"Gorgeous room and bathroom. Round the corner from the royal crescent. Lovely gardens to have a cocktail in. Highly recommend."

"Too small family room( 2 adults and 2 kids), and too small bathroom and toilet. Family room should have more space . Need more cloth hangers. We stay only 1 night so its ok to bear, but if more than 2 nights,it could be terrible experience."

"Fantastic room, helpful staff and a tasty breakfast. Good location, with free parking. Would stay again!"

"Terrific staff, very kind and friendly. Free breakfast was good, restaurant was great for dinner. Big room with big bathroom, nicely updated."

"This is a great friendly hotel that majors in service and friendliest approach. Nothing is to much trouble always with a smile"
