We always have a wonderful experience at this hotel. We have been coming for 5 years and it’s always wonderful. Mickey at the breakfast makes our stay even more amazing. I can’t say enough good things about him. He is always there to help out with the kids and get us whatever we need.

The Kelowna property on Powick had nice rooms and good amenities and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of hot entees and healthy options to choose from. However it was the staff that made the stay exceptional. Mickey at the breakfast buffet was helpful and friendly to everyone, and Arsh at the front desk was also very friendly and accommodating especially considering the pressure they were under on such a busy tournament weekend with a hotel full of young volleyball players.
