"Friendly staff, everything was spotless. We had the Braeburn suite and it had a lovely view of the valley and mountains. The room had a sauna which my husband really enjoyed. The hotel communal areas had a very pleasant scent of lemons. We took the half board option and the food was plentiful and tasty. We would definitely stay here again when we come back at Christmas. "This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. "
