Our stay at the Parkhotel Laurin exceeded our expectations. We ended up with a suite and the room was fantastic. The property is amazing with the garden, pool, sauna, restaurants and bar. The breakfast buffet had so many options. The hotel has an old style but has been modernized (e.g., having an elevator that moves very quickly). The front desk staff were attentive, pleasant, and helped us work through a glitch quickly. Everything about our stay was wonderful and I wish we could have stayed longer.

The Parkhotel Laurin is just steps away from a beautiful park and the train station. It is a beautiful hotel and air conditioned! It is close to the historic city center and convenient to anything you plan to do in Bolzano and surrounding area. There is a lovely breakfast served daily as well as a bar with light snacks available. There is also a full restaurant which we did not try. We had a beautiful view of the Dolomites and went to see the exhibit about Otzi, the Ice Man. The exhibit was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel was was surprisingly quiet, considering it's right downtown, which is really nice as well.
