Good value accommodation

Great place to stay near the airport. 8 drive time to the airport and 5 mins to Avra which has a good restaurant. Pool is good and breakfast is nice. Easy to get to and communication with the owners is good by message and mobile.

Great property, fits a family really well. I could stay forever by the balcony with a sea view like it. We had breakfast for 2 long hours with delight!

First the property was beautiful. Just want to mention, it was not very accessible. You need to rent a car or taxi, nothing is even close to being walkable. I rented this unit because it was close to the airport and we were leaving out the next day. Check in process... we got lucky that housekeeper was in the parking lot when we arrived. I had horrible phone service and was not able to access without wifi. She gave me the wifi password and then had to contact owner. So not so easy to check in. The unit was clean, but in the kitchen around the sink was full of ants. Under the sink was full of ants as well. So pest issues must be addressed here. There were NO provisions in the restroom. No soap, No shampoo, body wash or hair dryer. The foot pedal on the garbage in the bathroom was broken, so had to touch it while disposing of toliet paper since we cant flush. The wifi was spotty at best. It would work one minute and disconnect the next. It was a hassle when trying to make plans for the next day, watching movies on ipad was impossible. Will we stay here again? Id say no. The property is just not accessible to food, entertainment and other people unless you rent a car or use expensive taxis. Also want to mention this unit is on the 3rd floor with NO elevator. If you have lots of luggage or handicap assist...skip this property.

DENIED ENTRY! DO NOT BOOK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Booked this hotel because it had luggage storage. We were forced to go to a different hotel because there was no front desk or anyone to let us in. We contacted both the property and hotels.com and both did not respond 12 hours later. There was one employee there who was cleaning but instead of helping she swiped dirt into our backpack. We spent an hour by the pool, getting bug bites, and sitting on stained wet chairs. The area is void of human necessities for survival, including but not limited to: bathrooms, places to buy water, shelter, and access to transportation. The only redeeming quality was that it was close to the airport and we were able to walk on a partially unpaved road trying not to step on dead animals. While this sounds ridiculous, we agree, and can attest that all of this is true. This was a lowlight of our trip that would have ruined our trip had we not been able to get another hotel. We hope someday we will look back and laugh but that day has not yet come. After the owner became aware of the problem they still would not let us in and instead responded to our first review saying they were offended by it and still not giving us instructions about how to enter our rooms. Hotels.com refused to refund us and called us liars because they "have a contract with the property" and the property held the room for us for 3 nights. But this is illogical because (1) they are lying and (2) it doesn't matter if they held the property if they wouldn't let us in.
