Hotel with an amazing view, 3 star quality

5min from the center of sami by car, Nice room with balcony and wonderful sea view. Peaceful pool wifi was ok No breakfast A bottle of water and coffee in the room could have improved the experience.

Wonderful time at the Meliti Waterfront Suites! Easy access to Sami, Drive to Myrtos Beach and Asos, close to Antisamos Beach..lots of dining options. The 3rd floor Leyland suite had a great view, large balcony..really nice! Staff was excellent..condo was comfortable and so clean! Highly recommend it.

Great experience, stayed in the Perla suite. Kind & helpful staff. Room cleaned daily-staff was willing to come back when we hadn’t left yet. Good location to explore the island. Well equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking needs sans an oven. Close to Sami for restaurants, shopping, ferry, & Antisamos. Local tavernas good with lovely staff as well.

What a fantastic hotel and location, great apartments, with good facilities and amenities. We had a pool/beach view with a nice balcony which was excellent. Not many shops in the vicinity but 3 restaurants (one excellent one) but it is a 15-min walk to Sami centre along the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were kind and attentive. The studio was perfect for us. It was comfortable and clean. We loved our balcony. We ate often at the nearby taverna, Tou Kokora, and bakery, Vito Squared. Lovely cats and dog in the area too.

We booked the Menti suite with sea view. We really liked that and felt like home. There are a few restaurants around and the surrounding is very quiet, what was perfect for us. You can reach Sami by a 25min walk along the sea where you can find lots of restaurants and a port. We definitely would choose that property again when on Kefalonia.

This property was very lovely. It was incredibly clean and offered many amenities. The unit itself was large with plenty of space, and very clean and comfortable. The area around it is quite and beautiful being right on the water! The walk to town isn’t too bad but there are dining options and a few stores nearby too. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again!

Great apartments

Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment in a quiet complex. Only a 15 min walk along the sea path into central Sami, but some nice tavernas and bakeries within 1-2 mins walk. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Great location and well maintained property.

Great location! Very clean apartment. Swimming pool was very nice and convenient. Easy to find parking on the street next to the property. Beach access across from the property was very nice. Kitchen was adequately equipped for 4 people with dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, but no condiments, coffee or tea. Lovely bakery just 50-100 meters from the property. Definitely would stay here again.

Very clean, well equipped, comfortable beds. Everything you could need is provided. Cleaned and towels changed daily. Nice pool. 20 min walk to Sami with lots of restaurants but also 3 places to eat within 5 min walk. Would be a lovely pebble beach just across road but spoilt by large amounts of dog faeces making it unsuitable for children and unpleasant for adults (maybe it’s cleaned for high season?)

We stayed in a very nice suite. Fully equipped and very well decorated and maintained. Each of the rooms had air conditioning and it was like a two double bedroom apartment. There was little to criticise, except the shower cubical was a little cramped and shower head kept flying off the wall mount with water pressure. Water was cold to shower in the morning but hot by evening. Taps are not thermostatically controlled so took some skill to get right! We'd stay again. Close to beach and a couple of good restaurants nearby.

We just got back from a lovely holiday at this property! The apartment is fully equipped and cleaned every day. The cleaning staff and very kind and helpful!! The property itself is in a good spot and has a beach front and pool. The only thing was when we got there we had no hot water for about three hours and a water leak but they fixed it. We had a car so was able to travel around and the location was good to stay in as you are a maximum of 7min away from Sami central. Overall good property and if you are like us it was very clean. The shower and toilet could do with an update. Was hard to bath three young kids.

Great apartment in a good location

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in September 2024. We loved it. We had a 1 bedroom junior suite with a sea view. The apartment is on the second floor. If you have any mobility problems, please note that there is no lift. The location of the complex is excellent, right on the sea front. The beach, as with many on Kefalonia is stony. This area of the beach has no public facilities so is very quiet. The apartment was large, we had a double balcony. There was air conditioning in both the lounge area and bedroom. It is modern and well furnished. The kitchen area included a large fridge-freezer, hob, toaster kettle and coffee maker. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom,which we were not expecting. The shower had both a waterfall shower head and a second hand-held shower lower down. The hot water came through quickly which isn't always the case. The bed was large, and very comfortable. There was a large built in wardrobe with lots of draw space. Locally, there were two tavernas and a cafe, with a bakery nearby. Sami is a five minute drive away, and in the other direction Agia Elfimia is 10 minutes away. Both have a number of taverans and shops. Karavomylos was a good location for seeing the island. Argostelli was about 30 minutes away, Fiscardo 45 minutes, Assos and Myrtos beach 30 minutes drive. It was a really good apartment in a location that we thought was ideal.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a quiet and pleasant neighbourhood opposite the waterfront. Good cafe and restaurant very close by and also kids playground. The Melissani cave is a few mins walk away. The suites are very clean and at a high standard, there is a pool which is nice and the sea across from the apartment is stunningly clear with lots of fish and sponges. If you like to snorkel there are fresh water springs emerging from a cave just off the beach and it’s magical to snorkel there (but the spring water is cold!). It is about 15mins to Agia Efimia and 30mins to Myrtos beach. Also you can walk to Sami along the waterfront path. It’s a fabulous location and I would definitely stay here again. We had a one bedroom junior suite. Fantastic!

Beautiful property with great views from our balcony. Our suite was two stories and had plenty of room for 6 of us. The staff was so kind and helpful! We enjoyed walking to the waterfront restaurant and local bakery very close to the hotel.
