The breakfast was amazing with every genre of food imaginable. The rooms were excellent with perfect sitting tubs along with showers and very comfortable beds. There are tons of restaurants within easy walking distance on the beach. The only downside is that swimming at the beach is prohibited.

We loved our stay in this relatively new hotel. The view over the beach was amazing, the room itself, massive and very nice, huge king bed, bathroom was big also. Best of all, the staff were amazing. Ulan and the breakfast crew as well as the girl that welcomed us on our first day were lovely and friendly, remembered our names and what we were doing each day etc. highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were super nice. The breakfast had a huge selection and the food quality was excellent. I had a seafood buffet dinner at the Infinity sky deck while watching a sunset. The sunset was so beautiful that It became one of the highlights of my trip to Bali.

Overall a good hotel for transiting. Right the beach (which gets lots of flotsam) and many seafood restaurants. Easy walk to the seafood market which one must visit. Hotel arranged shuttles for us.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran Beach Bali and could not have chosen a better place to begin our Bali trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality set the tone for our entire holiday. We stayed in an ocean view room and were delighted with the beautiful outlook and comfortable, well-appointed space. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options each morning. The hotel restaurant staff were lovely and always welcoming. The location in Jimbaran was perfect — calm, scenic, and ideal for easing into holiday mode. We appreciated how caring and attentive the hotel team were throughout our stay.
