"Great stay with 2 daults and 2 kids. Only thing is that we chose the Japanese Hutons Room and it was not very comfortable for Occidental Adults...Kids slept fine. Restaurant is great!"

"Suite with bunk beds was great, although room wasn’t super clean. Bathroom sink had layer of grime and visible debris on carpets, couch had a rip in fabric (was difficult to report this to hotel). Nice balcony with room, rooftop terrace was beautiful, onsen great! Check in was a bit limited. You need to add your passport info the day before/prior to arrival, get QR code and code for door. Then on arrival, use iPad scan QR code to talk remotely to a person to verify your id. That seemed to only be available from 3-10pm, so don’t arrive too late. Free drinks, snacks, soft serve icecream between 5-9pm (my kids loved)! Not a ton of restaurants near hotel but did have a family mart across the street. "

"Language can be a bit of a problem but the hotel and spa are really great. The spa is clean, the sauna rooms in the spa area are great. The hotel has upper floors that include time in the private hot tub if you are not ready for the public hot tubs yet. Views of the harbor are really nice."

"I stayed here to relax and chill at the onsen, be close enough to the coast, and be able to use the kitchen. And because there was shuttle service to and from the train station that you can access with reservation. The room felt like a sanctuary, with view of the mountain and water, space to meditate and do yoga at the tatami mat, and take a nice bath a the tub with an incredible view. Bed was medium firm which was a relief and their disposable drip coffee was delightfully top notch. Enjoyed the warm indoor pool but most of all, relaxing at their outdoor hot spring with the sound of nature. Showers and change room were spacious and nice. Staff was attentive and responsive to my inquiries. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops. Hotel does need some updating at the main area especially the carpeted stairs but I would still come back here in a heartbeat."

"Very nice hotel, the rooms could be a bit nicer. I'd be weary staying here in the very hot months because the room didn't cool down much with the fan. Overall good spot."
