"The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. "I would definitely stay there again. We stayed there one night in transit home from vacation. Good location, near interstate and a number of fast food mostly restaurants. Though the hotel appears a bit dated in general, the facility as a whole and our room was clean, with tv, fridge, and microwave all relatively new, but no coffee maker in the room. Beds were very comfortable and air conditioner worked perfectly. They had typical free breakfast options with a modest seating area, but would likely walk to Crackle Barrel next door next time :). I liked the slick coffee machine where you could select coffee, cappuccino, or other types of coffees. Didn’t use the pool or workout room, but though relatively small, both looked well kept. One potential negative was no elevator. We were informed at check in that there wasn’t an elevator, and were asked if a second floor room was acceptable, which we replied yes, but I can see that potentially being a problem if someone required a particular type of room and it was only available on the 2nd floor. The bathroom was smaller than normal, but was clean and well vented and both the tub/shower and toilet were perfectly functional."

"The hotel stay portion of our visit was great. The wedding that we attended could have been better. Banquet staff did not have the bar stocked for a start time and had difficulty getting a simple draft beer system set up. They seemed uncomfortable working a cashless system. Tables were bussed from dinner but filled with dessert dishes and drink cups and bottles all night. Guests cleared tables to make room for drinks and conversation."

"We only stayed one night but it was quite nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was a little too soft for me personally but my husband found it comfortable. Admittedly I like a very firm bed so most hotels aren't going to have that. The entire hotel smelled nice and clean, I didn't see anything that I would consider dirty or messy. Breakfast was fine, your typical free hotel breakfast but they do have one of those waffle makers, if that's your thing. Would definitely stay again."

"This was the most filthy hotel ive seen in my life. All the carpets were filthy,our toilet seat was literally zip tied to the toilet. Bathroom door had been kicked in and not fixed properly would not even shut. The baseboards and trim were falling of the walls .good luck on a hot shower and the air conditioning unit in the room I stayed in did cool anything. Will never go to this place again . I wish I would have just left and went else where. Not worth 10 bucks a night . Disgusting"
