"The room was DISGUSTING!!! The air conditioning did not work at all, they offered to fix it during our stay but we would have to be out of the room for 4+ hours and at the time we were in the middle of showering and changing and no other time was offered because their air conditioning guy was leaving town that day! The refrigerator was broken and we were given a nasty cooler to fill with ice to keep anything refrigerated that we bought. There was hair leftover in the shower from the guests before us so it leads me to believe that they don’t clean the showers between guests. The beds, sheets and pillows had mystery stains on it and we ended up buying new sheets after the first night because we were so grossed out! We also bought Clorox wipes to wipe down the bedside table and chairs and all the wipes turned brown after we did that. The hotel is a good price so i understand not being the fanciest, but it was just straight up nasty! It smelled and we ended up buying room spray to try it make the stay more bearable. They had bikes available to check out but they all seemed to be on their last leg and the bike I rode broke about a mile down the trail and I had to walk it back. I would not recommend this place at all!!"

"The staff was extremely rude. There was a cockroach found in our room. I reported the staff member who was rude to me to the manager. All he said was that they will make sure he goes back into training. Then he offered me $120 dining credit. The staff member was so rude to my boys and me that we didn’t even feel comfortable going into the lobby or dealing with the concierge. We will never stay at the Sheraton or a Marriott hotel again."

"It is a fantastic place to stay not only do you get breakfast but the people are so nice the place is clean it's just a beautiful environment really enjoyed staying there and would go back anytime. Also loved the vibe and night music and atmosphere."
