This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance from the main attractions and neighbourhoods. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar is very comfortable. The hotel was for us a modern home for a few days. Katowice was a surprise for its progressive, modern approach and its Silesian pride.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and it was immaculate. Also, the small things make a difference, which is why I'm writing to say the body wash (Elemental Herbology) in the hotel smells so good. I will definitely stay again.

Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.

Perfect place with everything around you and easy and safe to walk at night. Alot of things to do around. Hotel is very clean so is the city. Staff very attentive and helpful and room are neat and tidy. Good selection of food in breakfast to start your day and great opportunity for spa on the top floor. Smooth check in and out .
