"The room didnt look like on the photos at all. It gave us a spartanic impression. Very sober and cold. The bathroom was a disaster. You took a shower and it was literally flooded. The pool was milky green of color and could not be used. We sent emails twice, but they could not resolve the issue. We asked for a compensation since we booked the hotel because it has a pool. But the request was ignored until now. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly in general."

"Beautiful villa with very large patio to sit outside and enjoy the oceanfront views. The villa was modern and 10/10 for cleanliness. It was wonderful to have windows throughout that gave a feeling of openness to the entire unit. Wonderfully stocked kitchen for cooking. Terrific to have an in-unit washing machine and drying rack on the patio. I cannot say enough about the manager Dimitris! "We stayed in 4 different hotels in Greece and this, by far was the best! It’s a beautiful hotel right on the water with a magnificent white pure sand beach. The staff were amazing. Aris stands out as a delightful person,who was a thoughtful and efficient server at the restaurant. Food was delicious. The hotel is spotless and all the workers are so friendly! Beautiful and well thought out room design. This is a “must stay” hotel!"

"This is at the far end of Plakka Beach. You will need a car to explore better restaurants. The bus is about 1km from the hotel. The property is clean and comfortable. Right on the beach. If you are looking to be a little way from the action this is the place. If you want to be nearby shops and restaurants I would suggest Aguia ans Anna beaches "

"Beautiful location with beautiful view. The beach Plaka is one minute away which was awesome!! Unfortunately toilettes were smelly and even with closed doors the smell was annoying when trying to sleep. Also we expected a private area and private balcony but the neighbors always had to pass through our terass and by our doors when we were sleeping to get to their place. Also you could hear the neighbors taking showers and going on the toilette."

"We had an absolutely amazing time at Sundunes Naxos! The staff, facilities, hotel and food were perfect! The hotel is situated approximately 13 minutes drive from the main town of Naxos. If you have a hire car, there is ample parking outside all of the rooms at Sundunes. We never had any issues. The room was incredibly clean, featured a large walk in shower and toilet with bidet. Bottled water was provided free of charge each morning when the room was cleaned. These were placed in the fridge...

"We had a lovely suite at the Cosmos. Room was more than adequate. Clean, 3 balconies, all the amenities needed. One blind was broken so we could never raise it to. See out of that window. We needed a room for an extra night due to ferries being canceled because of high winds; they were able to accommodate us. Staff was helpful overall. Dining options nearby are quite close with a market available as well. "
