"This a beautifully designed hotel, but they seem to get some of the basics wrong. We have stayed over for 1 night for the last 3 years - but this will be the last time. "The hotel is a very new property so things are still very new looking and not worn. The staff is very nice and helpful but unfortunately that’s where nice things end. This property has two big issues. first the location. It’s right next to Copenhagen Main train station so trains come and go constantly starting from 4 AM. Number two is that the rooms according to the hotel staff does not have a so called Central AC system for every room. In our case we had to open the windows at night and sleep...

"It's good to have a small studio for business trip so you can have kitchen and room supplies. They have extra facilities in cupboards and with lots of hangers that I like a lot. The room is exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed and beddings are comfortable to sleep in. Good water pressure in the shower.
