Once we were taken to the guest room area, the difference was striking. There was a strong unpleasant odor, and the hallways and room felt old, worn, and poorly maintained. We also saw a large visible stain on the carpet outside our door, which was very concerning. Based on the photos, especially of the terrace, we expected a much higher standard. In reality, the room and surrounding areas did not match the impression the listing creates. We felt uncomfortable staying and chose to leave immediately and book another hotel. We raised our concerns and requested a refund, but this was refused. This property looks appealing online, but our actual experience was completely different. We do not recommend this hotel at all.
