The shower floor was extremely slippery , there was no shower enclosure door so all the water frim the usage would pour out on the floor of the bathroom

View was outstanding from Master with sea view. Of course climbing 5 levels to get there no so good. Check in Lale hanım was very helpful. Standard breakfast but staff needs to learn not to handle good with their hands. Hotel cats and the dog was very friendly. Overall nice stay but if course not so perfect specially for 110$ a night for 3 people.

Not worth the money

Expensive and definitely not worth the money. Dirty and falling apart. Luckily we found a Hotel in Kalkan to stay in after one night in Saylam Suites.

Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück, top Lage, allerdings auf dem Berg, etwas steiler Ab-und Aufgang 😅, aber so ist es meistens in Kas. Alleine für den traumhaften Ausblick, ist es das wert!

First things first: this property is on a steep mountainside! You *will* get exhausted walking up here. That out of the way, the suite was nice enough for its price, a good distribution of power sockets, and a nice countertop for storage. The two balconies are a great addition, though one of them is too close to a road for comfort, as it's trivially easy to jump the distance - don't keep the door open if you're not home! The negatives about the unit include the water-damaged and broken bathroom, where the over-mirror lighting is disconnected, the shower tray leaks, and the ceiling has evidence of water damage. Further, though the owners made efforts to repair settling cracks in the wall, the rough-shod nature of these repairs leaves a lot to be desired. These negatives, and its exercise-friendly location, aside, the property is a good value-for-money deal, and is perfect for a weeklong stay.

Прекрасный отель. Немного сложно подниматься так как много ступеней, номера просторные, наш был с кухней. Прекрасный вид из номеров, хороший завтрак.

Decent apartment near center Kas

Decent apartment at walking distance from the Marina (steep climb) in Kas. As a family of 4, the apartment gave us space and good basic comfort. Nothing fancy but with a good view and a fine breakfast
