Wir waren für 2 Tage im Nova Hotel in Kas und waren mehr als zufrieden. Modern eingerichtet mit privatem Pool. Das Zimmer war sauber und Service war super. Parkmöglichkeiten waren ebenfalls vorhanden.

Lovely mini apartment and the private pool was such a treat! Had a small kitchenette however couldn’t use the hob provided (wasn’t allowed) the fridge came in very handy! Great food for room service. I would definitely go for a r pom with a view next time! Look forward to returning!

Disappointed

We had problem at the check in. They have problem accepting foreign credit cards. The room was disappointing. The floor looked like the construction is not yet finished with full of paint drops all around. The floors also looked like they were never wiped. It is a relatively new property but already needs a lot of maintenance. The sea view room literally looks at a garbage collection point with 4 big garbage bins with open lids all they (see photo). It is interest no one in the hotel is annoyed by this and do something to cover this ugly view and smell. The sheets and quilt were made of nylon and not comfortable at all. It gives a cheap feeling. The people at the reception were not friendly and far away from being professional. I will not come back to this place. Overall, expensive for what it is.

Personel kibar, yardımsever ve dinamik. Otel konumu Kaş'ın en güzel yerinde ve en bölgenin en güzel restoranlarına çok yakındır. Otel'in sağladığı plaj imkanını hem nezih ortamıyla hem de ulaşımıyla çok beğendik. Çevremize tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir tatil deneyimi oldu.

Jättedålig service. Allt dröjde som att få rätt antal handdukar och sängkläder. Även när vi bad hjälp om lampor så kom de aldrig utan lovade bara att de skulle göra det senare. Kändes som att man behövde jaga personalen ständigt. Vi tillbringade flera timmar av vår vistelse bara på att kommunicera med hotellet för att se till att bokningen blev rätt. Dålig renlighet och roomcleaning kom inte varje dag. Frukosten var dock mycket god och av bra kvalitet.

Odamız ve otelin yeri güzeldi ama girişte yarım saat check için sıra bekledik güneşte, ardından odamıza girdik ama 1 tane su bile yoktu sonrasında su için aradık ayrı ayrı 3 kişiye söyledim ama 3 saat boyunca su gelmedi en sonunda ayrıldık otelden. Oda servisi cok kötü kimsenin birbirinden haberi yok temizlik ise kötüydü. Otel misaiftlerinin kullanabilceği bir plaj var aşağı inebilirseniz orası güzel ama 200 merdiven falan olabilir bilginiz olsun.

Harika bir otel

Otel çok yeni ve güzeldi hizmetleri çok iyiydi sabah erken çıkacağımız için bize yol için sandviç ve meyve hazırlamışlar bizce çok ince bir düşünce, odası rahat izole havuzu güzel ve temizdi çok memnun kaldık

Genel olarak bir hizmet alırken beklentimi düşük tutarım ama hem odamız, hem de aldığımız hizmet çok iyiydi. En ufak bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Açıkçası merak edip de otelin plajına gitmedik. O yüzden bu konuda yorum yapamıyorum. Gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

4 gün boyunca burada kaldık. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok nazik ve ilgili, teşekkür ederiz aynı zamanda çok güzel karşılandık. Ancak restaurant çalışanı NECATİ Bey çok agresif ve üslubunda sıkıntı olan bir arkadaş. Hizmet etmekten kaçınıp önümüzdeki servisleri sürekli toplamaya çalışıp hiçbir şekilde isteklere karşılık vermiyor. Eşime kasti çarpıp özür dahi dilemedi. Aynı zamanda yabancı misafirlere de ileri geri konuştuğuna, yanındaki personel arkadaşlara kötü davrandığına bizzat şahit olduk. Tatili uzatma isteğimiz vardı ama sırf bu yüzden başka otele geçmeyi tercih ettik. Restaurant çalışanı da olsa kahvaltı öğünü ızdırap olabilir. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Saygısız bir işletme ve hatalarını telafi etmek adına hiçbir şekilde bir çaba da görmedik özür bile dilemediler

Otel genel olarak güzel fakat 5 yıldız yerine 4 yıldız vermemin sebebi housekeeping’in yetersiz oluşu. 4 günlük konaklamamız boyunca el sabunu yenilenmemesi (sanırım tamamen eriyip bitmeden yenilenmiyor) ve baş havlularının kullanılmış olmasına rağmen arayıp istemeden yenisinin gelmeyişi olarak bu yetersizlikler özetlenebilir. Ek olarak otelin anlaşmalı olduğu denize kıyısı olan otelden (Mekvin otel) denize girmek gerçek bir çile. Aşırı fazla merdiven var ve insan inip çıkarken mahvoluyor. 2 gün bu duruma dayanabildik sonrasında başka yer bulduk (ücret ödeyerek tabiki).

Mükemmel deneyim

Çok güzel bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. 3 arkadaş gittik konum olarak merkeze çok yakın. Oteldeki çalışanların ilgisi, alakası, güler yüzleri sayesinde tatilimiz bir o kadar daha güzelleşti. Seneye tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel olacak kesinlikle. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Novva Hotels'de geçirdiğimiz harika konaklamadan dolayı çok mutluyuz. Otelin modern tasarımı, rahat odaları ve mükemmel hizmeti, konaklamamızı unutulmaz kıldı. Ancak, deneyimimizi gerçekten özel kılan şey, Şef Doğan Bey'in sunduğu muhteşem yemekler ve Sakin Bey'in üstün misafirperverliği oldu. Novva Hotels'i ziyaret etmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Hem konforlu konaklama imkanları hem de Şef Doğan Bey'in harika mutfağı ve Sakin Bey'in mükemmel misafirperverliği, burada geçirdiğimiz zamanı gerçekten eşsiz kıldı. Bayram tatilinden kaynaklanan bir yoğunluk vardı. Bu sebeple özellikle novva restaurant kısmında kahvaltı sırasında kargaşa vardı ve hizmet çok zayıftı. Sahil tarafında ve otelde çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Odamız fotoğraflarda belirtildiği gibiydi, temizdi. Plaja inmek için çok sayıda merdiven inmek gerekiyor ancak plaj çok güzel ve keyifli. Radisson bluya ait melinda restaurant da hem manzara hem yemekler olaraol güzeldi. Genel olarak konaklamamızdan memnunuz teşekkür ederiz. Ancak hem restaurantlarda hem de plajda %10 servis ücreti uygulanmaktadır. Otelde konaklayan kişilere servis ücreti uygulanmasını doğru bulmuyorum.
