I highly recommend, for an easy and convenient stay. The unit was immaculate and incredibly clean, it was comfortable and well fitted out. The jetty and waterways are beautiful. It’s safe and quiet for single travellers. I will definitely stay again if travelling through.

It was great! Exactly what you’d want and need from a big4. Deluxe villas were beautifully presented - a bit of sand on the floor still but since we’re right on the coast it didn’t matter. We all know no matter how many times you vacuum sand you can’t get it all.

Big shout out to Kristen, (said she was “just a cleaner” She is far more than that and needs recognition. She was honest and explained she didn’t normally do office but powered through with positivity and with humour and humility. Our room was already warm and ready for us. We will definitely be back.

We stopped in Karuah for 2 nights in a delux villa to explore Port Stephen area before moving on to Myall Lakes National Park. The Villa was equiped with fully functioning kitchen, located in a peaceful corner and Karuah itself a very laid back place. Staff extremely helpful.

The property had a queen bed in 1 room and a double bed in the other. We had our 2 grandsons aged 10 & 6 who definitely wouldn’t share a bed. Also the lounge furniture was more appropriate for 3 people not 4, and in order to watch TV we had to rearrange it. Overall the property was very overpriced
