"Review asked: Was the airport shuttle easy to use? Answer: Had no idea the hotel had an airport shuttle. I don't remember it being advertised and certainly no one asked if we needed a shuttle when we checked out. We just took an Uber to/from the airport."

"The room was spacious and clean, although somewhat dated. Good bathroom amenities. Nice comfortable bed. Unfortunately the gym was undergoing renovations so we couldn't use and the outdoor pool appeared to have algae. The breakfast buffet was adequate and typical for an airport hotel. We used the shuttle to get to and from the airport and when I contacted the WhatsApp number to request the service I had to wait at least 10 minutes for a response so that caused some concern. Checkin and checkout was pretty quick. We didn't eat at the Italian restaurant as we wanted an earlier dinner but I was told by some others that the pizza was very good. We had sandwiches at the snackbar and they were good."

"Honestly, it wasn’t even good for the price we paid. Everything was either stained, had holes, or both. Pillow cases that didn’t fit, walls, curtains and towels with holes, stained sheets, just to mention a few. The maid never properly cleaned the room and some of the staff were nice, others were not. I wouldn’t recommend it until they made all the proper updates the hotel needs, it looks like it has been left to rot for years."

"Room was great. It’s a large size and very clean. Would be great for a longer stay. My only nit is the pillows were small and flat which made for a less than restful sleep. I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight. "

"Great staff. Very helpful in coordinating our outings. Shout out to Jhon, the doorman, who was particularly upbeat and very friendly. Good location, walkable to nearby restaurants and easy to catch an uber in 5 min. No complaints except a short notice water shut off just before check out (probably just bad luck), but they gave us a late check out so maybe I shouldn't complain. Breakfast was convenient and well organized, but not nothing special. We would stay there again!"
