"Rooms were a very nice size. We stayed on the 4th floor so it was very quiet. Both rooms had a balcony and a nice view to the beach which we loved. One of the rooms though had a bad uneven mattress which wasn't very confortable to sleep in. Although there was a "do not disturb" and "clean up" option button in the room, housekeeping ladies come in anyways, regardless of the chosen sign, which, for us, wasn't a problem. Reception was always very helpful and restaurant staff were AMAZING! They couldn't have done more for us, always checking if everything was OK, making sure we were enjoying our meals. Food was divine!"

Excellent rooms, refreshing pool, and nearby beach access with chairs and umbrellas. What really sets the place apart are it's people who consistently went above and beyond. "I enjoyed staying at this hotel for my birthday. My room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff were engaging and pleasant. I was pleased to receive a cake and wine for my birthday. It was soo sweet. I like that the hotel was in proximity of a small market, ice cream shop and the ocean. People were able to walk around and enjoy the amazing weather and visit the local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."

"Unfortunately we left early because we couldn’t hack it anymore. I live in a middle income country so I understand there are infrastructure issues, etc. but not once in four days was my room cleaned, the common areas were not well kept, lots of dust, cigarette smells, spit on the elevator floor that lingered for a day, and an elevator that most of the time didn’t work. Not a great location unless you are going to the airport."
