Perfect spot in Landskrona

Nice hotel, centrally located in the pedestrian zone. Plenty of parking options nearby, both street parking and parking garages. Several lovely eateries around the hotel, which do not have their own restaurant.

Historic hotel in the center of Karlskrona

It is a bit old and worn-down, with lots of historic ambiance. The bed was very comfortable. Having more furniture to put our stuff on would have been nice. The breakfast buffet was five-star; I could easily see people staying there for breakfast alone. Perfect gravlax, many coldcuts, cheese, cereals, a great selection of bread, and one morning, there was even a specially baked chocolate cake!

Roligt att se att man renoverar detta anrika hotell. Rummet och badet fint, men varför inte en bredare säng?. Ett hotell med utmärkt läge mitt i Karlskrona.

Aldrig mer First Hotel

Bra städat! Dåligt utrustat rum. Saknar förvaringsplats för kläder. Saknar avställningsplats i badrummet. Belysningen var urdålig; inga läslampor; ursvag belysning hall!! Saknas hårfön. Går ej att läsa vad som är duschgel/schampo!! Saknar eluttag i badrummet. Korridorerna saknar lampskärmar på många ställen.

Trevlig och serviceinriktad personal men boendet i sig är i behov av en uppgradering. Det första rummet vi fick saknade delvis belysning (ingen taklampa och trasig glödlampa i sänglampan). Vi fick byta rum till ett som var bättre tack vare en trevlig medarbetare.

Riktigt dåligt

Väldigt slitet hotell. Små väldigt tråkiga rum. Sångarna under all kritik. Hotellet var under renovering vilket ingen upplyst om. Vid incheckning fick vi ett orenoverat rum i en korridor som höll på att målas. Sängen var 160 bred. Det tycker inte jag är kingsize. Vi klagade och fick få ett annat något bättre rum. Vi undrar varför vi fick ett sämre rum i en korridor under renovering när det uppenbarligen fanns bättre rum lediga. Förutom den receptionisten gjorde personalen vad den kunde men förutsättningarna saknades tyvärr. Hit åker vi inte igen.
