Perfect location to walk everywhere! Loved it!

Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms! I had the foot massage and Oatmeal bath as my spa services and they were amazing and very reasonably priced! The staff went out of their way to accommodate and allowed us to stay in the room well after our check out time so that I could check out after my spa treatments. I didn’t even ask! Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious!

The hotel is comfortable but the facilities are disappointing. The dining room restaurant is drab. No garden or nice public areas. Staff is friendly. Definitely not up to 5 star standards. The hotel website needs to be more forthcoming so that people who book can know what to expect.

Great hotel in a quiet location away from the tourist spots, but accessible within minutes via stairs or an elevator. The included spa amenities were fantastic! The cozy bar and lounge was nice to have after a day out exploring. Warm and hospitable. Everyone there was extremely helpful with all our needs and questions. Would stay there again!

Very nice hotel. Lovely welcome and very clean room. Very nice and varied breakfast buffet. Make sure to ask for the freshly squeezed juices. Nice spa and sauna area. Unfortunately at times unattended so there could be some waiting to have the jacuzzi or the water features in the pool turned on.

Excellent attention to guests. The hotel is beautiful- walkable to the kolonadas and to the rest of town. We figured a way to avoid the steep uphill walk ;) Front desk staff super attentive and so is management. We brought up an issue that we noticed and Jan took care of the matter immediately. Breakfast is excellent but dinner is even better. We will be back

We had a great 2 day stay. Staff were wonderful. Spa was very relaxing. We loved the pool and sauna area. Breakfast was great, but dinner our first night wasn’t great. We ran into another guest who had stayed long term who said that was the worst night of food she’d experienced so maybe it was just an off night. The 2nd night we ate off property and had an incredible experience. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, the best customer service I have experienced in years. I have stayed at so many top hotels and never have I been catered to in a such an unbelievable way. Truly 6 star service. At this hotel, you can seriously relax because they do all the thinking for you. Just enjoy the city, the spa and all the beautiful amenities. I promise, this hotel is worth a visit.

Easy access from the top

We arrived and got greeted with a free drink of our choice. I used the spa - massage and pool. Fantastic. The suites (we had two) as we were 4 travellers, spacious and beautiful. Parking is available and staff will take care as parking overall in the city is difficult. If you go right from the hotel, there is an elevator to the city. My 87 year mother was grateful for that.

Nice hotel in close proximity to the center. The breakfast was good and the rooms nice. While the staff made an effort, it came short of what one would expect from a five star hotel. The hotel is not at five star level. Receptionist didn’t speak english, check-in took 40min and no one brought our luggage to our room so we had to go down and bring it up ourselves. The gym is not great and the equipment is very old. They don’t have any massage for pregnant women which was very disappointing. Therefore poor value for money.

I'm currently staying at the Olympic Palace and booked it because the reviews were so good - not because it looked amazing or because the price was good - neither was the case. I just wanted the nicest hotel in town besides Pupp. Unfortunately, this hotel was way below even a four star standard. We paid 300 euro/night and called ahead to ask if we could pay a bit extra to upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. They offered a Deluxe Room with a Balcony for 20 euro extra per night. When we arrived at midnight, there was only one poor woman at the reception who was brand new on the job. She tried so hard but it took 10 minutes just to process our documents and then when I confirmed it would be a Deluxe Room with Balcony, she said no - but that we were charged the 20 euros anyways. When I asked about the larger room, she said it would be over 100 euro/night and would take a very long time to get us in a room like this. We just wanted to sleep so took the small room, which was not very nice. The shower head did not work the entire time, neither did the AC. My assistant called ahead to book a spa afternoon for us and ask what the spa would recommend. We tried calling the spa the day-of and they never picked up. We went down and were told to return in our robes. There was no spa reception. We were told to go back up to our room and find the paper with our spa confirmations and go directly to those rooms. It was the most rushed massage I've ever had - even before my back hit the be
