"Everything was good my first time there I didn’t know what to expect"

"Staff was nice - room was clean- beds were fine- bathroom shower had a broken curtain ring and drain but nothing that ruined anything - just needed fixed "

"Front desk staff very unattentive after telling us multiple times that it would be 15-20 minutes for our room to be ready. After an hour, we were hearing the same thing, we waited almost 2 hours for room to be ready after 3pm. "

"No it was stale cereal, staff was also sitting in the chairs when i entered. That was NOT appropriate. They couldve at least moved or acted busy when they saw me. You may well order food because I wouldnt even feed that to my kids,very disappointing!"
