"Check in was tedious- I noticed the rate when i booked in Feb2026 was higher than rate for hotel B&B for this day- disappointed that expedia dont notify you - especially when payment is at the property on arrival. I requested a later checkout - 1 hour but refused. Got locked out of thebuilding and room on the minute of checkout while packing up my luggagein car in the rain. The room provided was a building along the main road - not connected to the main hotel except for carpark. "

"Imøtekommenhet i superklasse. Velvillig og hyggelig. Rent, sjarmerende og tidsriktig stil på møblementet. En passende blanding av gammelt og nytt. Fredelig perle der livet går litt langsommere. However my room was very musty smelling, and I had to leave the windows open the entire time (thankfully weather was beautiful most days). Also no one responded to my messages through Expedia, and parking information outside of the hotel spots was nil. "We loved our brief stay here. The staff was welcoming and friendly; we're sad we didn't get to stay longer and enjoy the property. Denmark was actually experiencing a heat wave while we visited and they upgraded our room automatically into one with better air flow without us asking. For those coming from the U.S., I'll note that they spoke perfect English, so that is not a concern."
