"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. "Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"It is a great resort property and the beach is just few minutes walk. The open resort feel is awesome as the area otherwise is a bit congested on the main road. The staff is excellent and attends to all requests and needs. "

"We absolutely love this Hotel. This is our 3rd visit to this Hotel. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, breakfast buffet caters for everyone. The staff remembered us from previous visits. Comfortable rooms ,great Air con and very good location. Just a short walk to the Beach and main street. The resort Manager Ambarish interacted with us several times, even brough our breakfast to the table. Thank you Acron Regina , we hope to visit you again"

"This is a great hotel, very well situated opposite Miramar beach and right between Miramar and Donna Paula. The staff were helpful and courteous, the room and facilities were immaculate. The roof top pool is a lovely area to relax with great views and a gentle breeze off the sea. There is also a small but beautifully equipped gym. An overall fantastic stay and highly recommended."
