"One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The air conditioning DOES NOT WORK..it’s been 103, 104, and 105 degrees in Izmir and the room is unbearably hot. The staff didn’t do anything to fix it. We booked our room through Expedia and the staff tried to tell us that we would have to contact Expedia for solution which makes zero sense. Expedia is a third party booking site and not affiliated with the hotel. We use this service all the time and I’ve never had a hotel tell me that to resolve a problem at their hotel we would have to call the booking site. Once you arrive at the hotel you are a guest of the hotel and they should handle all issues during your stay. The customer service is non existent. Also, the hotel does not have fans to help with the lack of air conditioning. No one cleaned our room during our stay. They don’t have washcloths and when I ask for them was told I could buy them down the street at the market. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel as there are better options in the area."
