The hotel is super nice, with really cool people working in it, very helpful, kind and friendly. The location is awesome close to pubs, restaurants, shopping. The room was small but quite nice they gave us room 204. The only not perfect thing was the bathroom it was a little old and some details were broken. 9/10 overall for this stay

Lovely small hotel, very clean, great location close to the promenade. Many restaurants and cafes around catering to all tastes. Pedestrian streets and laneways all around. Short walk from the Isban. Lovely helpful staff.

This place was great. The people at the front desk were SUPER helpful and accommodating. The room was great, only the bathroom was a tad cramped but I like the movement away from giant and tacky (Las Vegas) hotel rooms. Between the price, the location and the hospitality received I’d easily come back here.

Wonderful central location - plenty of bars and clubs around (but far enough away to not be disruptive to a good night’s sleep). Transportation options are great - metro, tram, and ferry services were within 10 minutes or under walking distance. Hate itself was great. Hot tea and cold drink options available in the reception area before you head out for your day. Generally clean rooms as well with soaps replenished daily and towel changes daily too. Would highly recommend.

I have never stayed in a smaller room! We specifically looked for a non smoking room- while there was no ash tray in the room so maybe it is considered “non-smoking”, it smelled like smoke SO bad. But with that said there are cute details of the hotel and room, and the staff was great. Good location, but be aware if you have a car parking is a NIGHTMARE.

We stayed in this hotel for a short vacation in İzmir. We chose it for the location and yes, it has a very good location. It is located in one of the most hype neighborhood of the city, with easy access to the coast, train, tram, ferry as well as bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and shopping areas. Yet, the rooms are very small. We got the deleuxe room for having a bit more space but ended up getting trimmed to the bed, not being able to move freely or even open the suitcase. Our main disappointment was about the soundproof rooms. This hotel claims to have soundproof hotels; yet, what they mean is soundproof facade only. You still hear the music from the bars, at a much manageable degree. What is disturbing is that the thin wall separating your room and the next is not soundproof at all. You hear every single move. There is so much noise going on within the hotel as well and you hear them all as if they happen inside your room. So if what you are looking for is to hit the bars and come back late at night and come back to the room for a couple of hours of sleep only, it is worth your money. Otherwise, not recommended.

Small, but packed with authenticity !

It was pretty amazing, especially its cool location. Room was a bit smaller, but very thankful for the balcony, (that came with our preferred choice) hot water in bathroom, including bidet, and the sink. Very helpful, and friendly staff. Definitely recommend for those seeking a more tiny hotel settings.

Good hotel for a short stay

Good price quality ratio and great central location. Cafes, restaurants and bars next door. Small but efficient and clean rooms decorated nicely. 24h reception allows late check-in (even around midnight), which was useful to us. Bed has a mattress cover under the sheet, waterproof type, which feels plastic and somewhat uncomfortable to lay on.

For short term stay, a really good hotel. There's some pros and cons locationwise. Since its very central you can reach everything quickly, thats the biggest pro but at the same time it makes it hard to sleep at night because of the street noise. All in all the hotel was very clean but the A/C was not working well which made the night hard for us in the middle of summer.

İzmir'e kısa süreli iş/turistik seyahatler için çoğunlukla tercih ettiğim bir otel. Hem Alsancak merkez içerisinde, hem de gerçekten iyi bir otel. Görece iki husus önemli. Dar bir sokak içerisinde olduğu için park sorunu var. Araba ile geliyorsanız yakınındaki açık-kapalı otoparklar var. Özellikle belediyenin kapalı otoparkını öneririm. Yürüme ile max 15 dk.
