"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

"This is the best hotel for travelling with your pet. Staff is very polite and cooperative, we were met as if we were the most wanted guests. The room was small with a big bed, cozy, clean. The hotel is situated in the calm place, not on the road, therefore we had a good sleep with open windows. We spent 2 days in Bishkek, had a good rest and were very happy with the hotel we chose."
