"Very nice self service apartment hotel. AC worked great. And the windows do an amazing job with sound proofing. You can't even tell you are right on a busy road until you look out the window."
"Very cozy, modern boutique hotel, close to all the main attractions in the Old City. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’m sensitive to noise, and they kindly provided me with a very quiet room. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows, which could be more comfortable."
"Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. We got a nice upgrade for our hotel room and had a very nice stay. We enjoyed the fitness room and the opportunity to store our luggage until our flight time.
A few things were a bit surprising for a hotel of that category:
* no phones in the rooms, if you need anything you have to go down to reception
* I'd forgotten my toothpaste and there are no toiletries in the rooms other than soap and shower gel
* beds are comfortable, quite firm mattresses, which I like, but duvet & pillow were synthetic, some quality down feather would be better and less sweaty, no extra pillows in the room
* no bathrobes, if you're coming down from the spa, you'll have to wrap a towel around you or use your own
*was grateful for the strength equipment in the gym, but it didn't have enough weights in the lower weight category, there's nothing between 3 and 7.5kgs for free weights & no barbell plates under 10kgs
* surprisingly for Austria, the coffee machine at the breakfast buffet does not make nice coffee, no liquid cream available, just milk or whipping cream
* mocktail at bar was not good, way too sweet & not complex in flavor
* a lot of staff don't speak German, just English, not a problem for me since I'm a German living in the US, but still worth mentioning in a German speaking country
* couldn't figure out infrared sauna, leaning against the spine-like contraption meant it was too hot, but it didn't heat the space enough either to work up a sweat"
